We are proud to announce that our joint venture with MBTP, a well established company in Congo has been awarded the construction of the Kempinski Hotels in Brazzaville Congo

Located on the banks of the majestic Congo river, the hotel will have a built-up floor area of 30,000m2 and will house 197 guest-rooms and suites with warm contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out onto overhanging balconies.

The hotel’s layout is designed to maximize the waterfront experience, helped by the inclusion of a lower podium adjoining the hotel’s main building that overlooks the marina. This podium will house various leisure facilities, including a health club with gym, a spa, outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts. The hotel will also feature a dedicated conference center, a kids’ club, and food and beverage outlets that are set on the riverfront and surrounded by landscaped gardens.
